It is not recommended to the apply your final thickness in 1 application. It is best to build up your thickness in multiple coats allowing curing time between.

Liquid Rubber MetalSafe and SealSafe products have specially designed polymers that are UV resistant. CreteSafe products are designed for below grade and other area's that are not exposed to UV.

Yes, they are water based products containing no solvents or VOC's (volatile organic compounds), or ultra-low VOC's.

Currently we do not have a certification allowing this use.

Soap and water, baby oil, bristle brush. If material has set up, you may need to use mineral spirits. Be sure to follow manufacturers PPE requirements.

Small air bubbles can form from using a roller. This will dissipate as you build the membrane. Applying in hot, direct sunlight can cause the product to rapidly cure and cause small blisters. If you see Large blisters, this is usually an indication of moisture underneath the membrane.

Store opened containers in a cool place and seal with plastic wrap, before replacing the lid. Your product may remain usable for weeks or months depending on the environment but it cannot be guaranteed once opened. Exposure to heat, wind, air, will cause the material to skin over, then begin to cure progressively throughout the container.

Do not allow the product to freeze

Liquid Rubber Seam Tape sticks to virtually most surfaces except for silicone.

Yes, the paintable seam tape will begin to break down from UV over time.

Liquid Rubber Seam Tape is a pressure sensitive adhesive. Apply and add pressure with your hands or a roller. Do not stretch.


Liquid Rubber Geo-Textile

Liquid Rubber Geo-textile is used to bridge and detail gaps, cracks, joints, corners, around protrusions, etc..

Liquid Rubber Geo-Textile is applied via the 3-course-method. This is done by applying a base coat of your selected sealant, embedding the Geo-Textile into the sealant leaving no wrinkles, etc, and then coating over the Geo-Textile to saturate and encapsulate.

Liquid Rubber HVLP2000

Yes, on concrete/masonry you should apply our Geo-Textile via the 3-course-method using our brush grade equivalent to the InstaSet product you are using. On metal or other substrates, you can use our Seam Tape or our Geo-Textile applied via the 3-course-method.

You should apply using a cross-hatched pattern, keeping a distance of 18-24" and staying perpendicular to the substrate.

Check the inlet for blockage.
Ensure your intake hoses and fittings are tightly connected.
Change or clean your check valves.

Clean or change your check valves.
Increase the motor speed.

Clean your Part A intake screen and pipe.
Change or clean your check valves.

Make sure you are using the correct amount of salt. Adjust the wands so that the product and salt solution meet approx 18 in from the tip of the wands. Check the inlet and return hoses on Part B side for blockages and clean. Check the salt filter. Check the valves. 

Your tip is clogged, clean or replace the tip.
