SealSafe InstaSet B-200 is a water based, environmentally safe alternative to conventional hot applied bitumen or solvent based protective coatings. SealSafe InstaSet B-200 is unaffected by acid rain or high intensity sunlight and is resistant to many airborne chemical pollutants found in industrial areas. SealSafe InstaSet B-200 is an environmentally safe, dual component, spray applied ‘instant-set’ protective coating specifically designed to provide heavy-duty waterproof protection for roofing restoration and new construction. When cured, the product forms a seamless and fully adhered surface membrane. SealSafe InstaSet B-200 strongly adheres to most roof substrates and previously applied coatings.

Liquid Rubber SealSafe S-200 is a single-component, liquid applied waterproofing sealant combining high quality bitumen with various polymers that forms a high-performance elastomeric waterproof membrane. Containing no solvents, Liquid Rubber SealSafe S-200 is non-flammable and the coating will not damage polyurethane or polystyrene insulation materials. A variety of different reinforcing fabrics can be imbedded into the membrane to produce a high strength, superior waterproofing layer.

Liquid Rubber SealSafe A-205 is a brush-on, roll-on, and spray-able high-performanceacrylic, elastomeric coating that can be applied over many existing surfaces including concrete, wood, brick, and metal. It forms a durable, flexible, seamless, colored membrane. Liquid Rubber SealSafe A-205 contains no solvents, is non-flammable and not affected by sunlight or occasional chemical spills, and was developed as a membrane that can be used in ponding environments.

    Apply a minimum final thickness of 1 gallon per 34.6 sq ft (3.2 sq/m). It should require around 3-4 heavy coats to achieve a 30 mil (0.76mm) (DFT) membrane.

  • Flat/Ponding Surfaces

    Apply a minimum final thickness of 1 gallon per 17.3 sq ft (1.6 sq/m). It should require around 3-4 heavy coats to achieve a 60 mil (1.5mm) (DFT) membrane.

  • Vertical Surfaces

    Apply a minimum final thickness of 1 gallon per 32 sq ft (2.9 sq/m). It should require around 3-4 heavy coats to achieve a 30 mil (0.76mm) (DFT) membrane.

  • Flat/Ponding surfaces

    Apply a minimum final thickness of 1 gallon per 16 sq ft (1.4 sq/m). It should require around 3-4 heavy coats to achieve a 60 mil (1.5mm) (DFT) membrane.

  • Vertical Surfaces

    Apply a minimum final thickness of 1 gallon per 25 sq ft (2.3 sq/m). It should require around 3-4 heavy coats to achieve a 30 mil (0.76mm) (DFT) membrane.

  • Flat/Ponding surfaces

    Apply a minimum final thickness of 1 gallon per 12.5 sq ft (1.16 sq/m). It should require around 3-4 heavy coats to achieve a 60 mil (1.5mm) (DFT) membrane.

  • Vertical Surfaces

    Apply a minimum final thickness of 1 gallon per 34.5 sq ft (3.2 sq/m). It should require around 3-4 heavy coats to achieve a 20 mil (0.76mm) (DFT) membrane.

  • Flat/Ponding surfaces

    Apply a minimum final thickness of 1 gallon per 17.25 sq ft (1.6 sq/m). It should require around 4-5 heavy coats to achieve a 40 mil (1.5mm) (DFT) membrane.
