CreteSafe InstaSet B-100 is a liquid applied waterproof coating that is based on our proprietary bitumen and elastomeric technology. Spray applied in combination with an inorganic rapidset accelerator, CreteSafe B-100 creates an instant-set property that allows applicators to easily build membrane thickness in just one pass. The product then cures into a flexible, rubber-like, waterproof membrane that has excellent adhesion to concrete and most other substrates.

Liquid Rubber CreteSafe S-100 is a single component, easy to apply, waterproofing product that is applied as a liquid and cures to form a seamless, fully adhered, elastomeric membrane conforming to virtually any shaped surface. CreteSafe S-100 contains no solvents, is non-flammable and will not damage polyurethane or polystyrene insulation materials. A variety of geo-textiles can be imbedded into the S-100 to make a strong reinforced waterproofing membrane for heavy-duty applications.

Coverage

  • Flat/Ponding Surface

    Apply a minimum final thickness of 1 gallon per 16 sq ft (1.4 sq/m). It should require around 4-5 heavy coats to achieve a 60 mil (1.5mm) (DFT) membrane.

  • Vertical Application

    Apply a minimum final thickness of 1 gallon per 24 sq ft (2.2 sq/m). It should require around 3-4 heavy coats to achieve a 40 mil (1mm) (DFT) membrane.

  • Flat/Ponding Surface

    Apply a minimum final thickness of 1 gallon per 15.5 sq ft (1.4 sq/m). It should require around 4-5 heavy coats to achieve a 60 mil (1.5mm) (DFT) membrane.

  • Vertical Surface

    Apply a minimum final thickness of 1 gallon per 23.25 sq ft (2.1 sq/m). It should require around 3-4 heavy coats to achieve a 40 mil (1mm) (DFT) membrane.
